The contents of the website are as accurate as possible, however, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information provided and we do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.


We take customer satisfaction very seriously so we aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours of order being received. This time scare may vary depending on volume of orders.

  • Orders shipped out 1st class will usually arrive within 1-3 working days
  • Order shipped out 2nd class will usually arrive within 3-5 working days
  • All orders are sent signed for so tracking number can be given on request.

Returns and Cancellations

You have 28 calendar days to return or cancel an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We will send your replacement item or refund your payment within 30 working days upon receiving returned item/items. Please note, we can only exchange products of exactly the same value.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

All of our products adhere to all current UK laws and legislation, and conditions set by the Food Service Administration and The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
